My first contemporary issue is stereotypes in the media. Unfortunately we live in a society where people are instantly judged by their appearance and certain characteristics and personalities are labeled with certain types people.

The video above highlights some of these issues. The types of problems we have in media are that gender, race, sexuality and people with religion can be portrayed in a offensive way across a range of movies over the years. For example :
