Our second theme for practice in context is collaboration and exchange. This highlights the importance of making connections and networking in and out of university. It is a great opportunity to gain more experience in creative world in addition it is important to help and to gain inspiration from others.

“Life is unpredictable and control is just an illusion” – Hannah Baker
As part of our practice in context module we are exploring set themes and completing workshops and tasks in order to become more aware of our creative arts in addition to gain more knowledge about our creative worlds.
Our first theme is unpredictability and control. It is an opportunity for me to reflect on all aspects of my work that include both themes. In addition this theme is very personal because it is an opportunity for me to rethink my strategies and start thinking in different ways especially from times when things didn’t go to plan or when an idea was too thought out that it turned out unsuccessful.
